More Pre wedding shoots

Saturday was very busy. We had 4 studio sittings on Saturday but the day began with coffee and croissants in our meeting room with Nick and Claire. Their wedding is on 14th May this year and looks like it’s going to be fun. After our meeting we went for a walk down to the lake. We should have taken one of the croissants to feed the ducks, maybe next time.

On Sunday we went to Newcastle, Joshy’s University City. The memories came flooding back as we drove past the Morrison’s were we stocked his first larder, bless! We met Mart and Suz on the Millennium Bridge. A few piccies there and then Mart drove us to Tynemouth Beach. Just as we finished we got inspired to come up with a new idea for Pre wedding shoots. We told Mart and Suz and they thought it was great. Watch this space.

More Replies to Those Questions

We posted that last post a bit quick, more came in after. So, here they are...

“Good to hear from you! I hope that you are both doing well!

I found you on a booking site. I can't remember what it was now, but it was
an association of wedding photographers. You put in a date and a location
and it gave you all the photographers who were free on that day. As we were about 1.5 years out it gave me lots of photographers! As a photographer myself, I then proceeded to carefully go through everyone's portfolio on line! Yours stood out far above everyone else in my view. So I called and said hello, and the rest is history!

Things are good here. Busy but good!

Hugs,”

“You were recommended by the Merewood and my friend Gareth who used you for his wedding there in 2009. That was enough to help us make up our mind”

“Can you remember how you found us? My sister (who lives in Australia) found you on the web (search engines etc)

What made up your mind to book us?
My sister – she said if there is one thing she wanted us to have it is beautiful memories of the day and she assured me you would give us them – and you did!

Take care”

“Hi Both

I hope you are well, I was just looking through the wedding album again and it brought back lots of memories, it seems so long ago now! James and I are now expecting, so we may be in touch again for photos of the baby!!

In answer to your questions we found you through a Google search, and then requested the DVD from your website. We decided to book with you because we loved the style of photos, we were not comfortable with lots of staged photos and wanted something more natural, and then our decision was final after meeting you. You made us feel very relaxed and comfortable which was very important to us.

Hope this helps

All the best”

“Hello, I saw your advert in an old cosmopolitan bride magazine. It was the photo that caught my eye a beautiful black and white photo of a bride walking through an arch. Then when I looked at the telephone number and saw Rusland Valley area code I thought I must have been dreaming. So I suppose I chose you because of where you were based and also after I had looked at your website and thought the photos were beautiful.”

“Hi!

We found you by searching on the Internet after we had identified your details with the brochure from Storrs Hall and the Cumbria Registry Office in Kendal.

We decided to book you after you sent us a DVD which we liked and you further contacted us to follow up our enquiry. We then came to an arrangement about the photos we wanted and the budget we had.

Thanks.”
